Pearl Harbor Survivor & US Navy Admiral Robert B. Erly Military Memorabilia (including his 1937 Annapolis Vintage Graduation Coin,Belt Bucklle (with I.D.) worn 12/7/1941 while directing fire hoses at incoming enemy torpedos thereby diverting their lethal course at Pearl Harbor based warships. Graduating from Annapolis in 1937,Robert Erly's first combat action was against Japanese enemy forces attacking Pearl Harbor on the 'Day of Infamy' 12/7/1941 . His infamous naval career continued on through WWII,the Korean War & the Viet Nam Conflict.Erly served aboard several warships commanding the destroyers USS Phelps & USS Owens ..After tours of duty at the Pentagon.Erly co-founded the NAVY SEAL PROGRAM commanding the amphibious base in Coronado. In 1974 Two Star Admiral Erly retired from the Navy as an Officer & Gentleman and a genuine NATIONAL TREASURE !!
